Newer double pane energy efficient windows help to keep your apartment warm in the winter, cooler in the summer and quieter all year round. Also included is a carport which has an extra 4'x8' storage room.
City bus stops are just a few steps away and it is only 1 block to shop at Whole Foods in the Mayette Shopping Center. We are in an excellent school district and are only 1 mile from Spring Lake Park and Howarth Park. A laundry facility is on premises.
